A subjective and structured exploration of the idea of the Alps.
The themes that I choose to investigate stem from personal experiences with the Alps and will delineate how the idea of the Alps manifests itself in the Austrian cultural mind.
After an exploration phase to identify the initial themes each theme with be explored with about a dozen photographs that will be collected into small booklets.
The library of booklets will grow into a quasi-scientific encyclopedia of idea of the Alps.
